Responsibilities and Duties 1. Growth Strategy and Leadership: Complete ownership and formulation of the marketing strategy to ensure DAU/MAU goals and corporate revenue are met. Leadership and management of the marketing team, including coaching senior talent.
2. Mobile Performance Marketing: Management of budget allocation and optimization of user acquisition (UA) channels, including third-party advertising networks. Monitoring vital KPIs such as LTV, CPI, CAC, and Payback Period to guarantee a positive ROI.
3. Data and Technology Analysis: Deep use of Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) such as Adjust/AppsFlyer for accurate campaign tracking and attribution. Guiding the team to execute complex A/B testing models and making fully data-centric decisions.
4. Branding and Messaging: Defining competitive brand positioning and formulating key brand messages for coordination across all international marketing channels.
5. Cooperation and Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy: Close, daily collaboration with the Product Team to align product development calendars with GTM campaigns. Providing strategic and transparent reports to the board and senior leadership team.
Conditions of Cooperation: Full-time cooperation Proposed Salary Range: 70–90 m per month Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience.
