We are looking for a capable and strategic marketing manager who will be responsible for strategic planning of marketing activities, development and strengthening of the brand, monitoring the implementation of advertising campaigns and managing relations with customers. This position plays a key role in developing market share, promoting brand position in the air transportation industry, and creating effective interaction with agencies, sales offices, and international institutions.
Qualifying conditions: Master's degree in management (preferably in marketing) • Effective work experience in the field of marketing of transportation companies • Work experience in the business unit of an airline company • Getting to know the regulations of the air transport industry • Proficiency in English • Passing courses related to work processes, organizational software, and business regulations (considered an advantage)
Duties and Responsibilities: • Planning and designing comprehensive marketing and branding strategies • Developing a marketing roadmap based on market studies and analysis • Analysis of competitors, macro market trends and customer behavior • Designing, implementing and monitoring online and offline advertising campaigns • Monitoring digital marketing and customer club activities • Designing creative marketing ideas and measuring their effectiveness • Compilation and supervision of the implementation of the brand manual and organizational identity • Managing and monitoring the performance of marketing unit employees • Compilation and implementation of executive procedures of the unit • Monitoring the marketing budget and evaluating the performance of the campaigns • Effective interaction with agencies, sales offices and domestic and international organizations • Providing analytical and periodical reports to the Vice-Chancellor of Commerce
Professional qualifications: • Mastery of new marketing and digital marketing tools • High ability in quantitative and qualitative data analysis and familiarity with data mining • Strong skill in negotiation and business correspondence • Ability to plan, budget and report professionally • The power of leadership and supervision of the team • Strong public relations and inter-organizational interaction ability
