Responsibilities
Develop and implement brand strategies, ensuring consistent key messages across all channels.
Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and conferences.
Design, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns.
Manage the marketing calendar and oversee product launch activities.
Create and supervise promotional and educational content tailored to different stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Business Development, and other teams to ensure alignment of initiatives.
Manage the marketing budget and evaluate the ROI of campaigns.
Analyze market trends, monitor competitors, study customer behavior, and prepare strategic reports for senior management.
Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the marketing team to achieve objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing management.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and product launch strategies.
Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
