  • Develop a holistic marketing plan and marketing strategies to support company objectives.
  • Drive the marketing planning process for company brands.
  • Translate strategic marketing plans into tactical plans inclusive of content, campaigns, media, and digital.
  • Implement marketing campaigns to increase penetration of the brand and market share.
  • Lead new product launch strategy and planning.
  • Lead promotion strategy and planning for retailers and wholesalers.
  • Category and product portfolio review to identify key growth opportunities.
  • Lead and create yearly and quarterly marketing budgets and plans.
  • Lead marketing communication strategy including social media, events and sponsorship, advertising, and development of marketing material.

Requirements

  • Thorough knowledge of the principles of marketing and advertising.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads.
  • Ability to model marketing activities into functional outcomes.
  • Strong analytical ability to evaluate the end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Proficient in preparing marketing strategy and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
  • Proficient in planning and managing Search Engine Optimization (SEO) processes.
  • Proficient in market trends and optimization of performance and resource consumption, according to the market
  • Proficient in planning and managing advertising processes in search engine results (SEM).
