- Prepare a corporate plan and annual business plan and monitor progress against these plans
- Provide strategic advice and guidance to the chairman and the members of the Board, to keep them aware of developments within the food industry
- Prepare, gain acceptance, and monitor the implementation of the annual budget,
- Develop and maintain an effective marketing and public relations strategy to promote the products
- Develop and maintain total quality management systems throughout the company to ensure that the best possible products and services are provided to customers at food industry especially in beverages.
Requirements
- At least 15 years’ senior-level experience of management of people and resources,
- Include of 5 years as CEO in food industry & production factory, a wide knowledge of the food industry,
- An understanding of financial management and wider management principles and techniques, leadership skills ,
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
