Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Developing short-term and long-term strategies based on market conditions.
- Guiding the company towards sustainable growth, developing new products and increasing market share.
- Supervision of the entire supply chain: receiving raw milk, standardization, pasteurization, homogenization and packaging.
- Monitoring the performance of production lines, capacities, efficiency and energy efficiency.
- Ensuring compliance with food industry standards, HACCP, ISO22000, GMP and...
- Managing costs and reducing production waste.
- Ensuring compliance with national and international standards.
- Management of food safety risks and corrective actions.
- Financial planning, budget control, monitoring cash flow and reducing unnecessary expenses.
- Profitability analysis of different products
- Creating a quality-oriented and customer-oriented organizational culture.
- Optimizing the supply chain to reduce costs and increase delivery speed.

Qualifying conditions:
- At least bachelor's degree in one of the fields of food industry, industrial engineering, management (executive, industrial, etc.), animal husbandry or other related fields
- At least 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in the food industry, preferably the dairy industry.
- At least 5 years of senior management experience (CEO)
- Production line management experience (preferably dairy industry)
- Successful experience in resource management, production planning and market development.
- Mastery of dairy industry standards:** HACCP, ISO22000, GMP, ISO9001**
- Mastery of cost management, budgeting and financial analysis of products.
- High skill in decision making, crisis management and problem solving.
- Familiarity with health laws and regulations of veterinary and standard organization.
