Job Description

● To carry out necessary activities regarding designing and planning Learning programs. ● To organize and program the annual learning calendar for all employees in order for development and progress. ● To give feedback to learners and issue certificates. ● To assess the effectiveness of the executed courses in order for development and progress. ● To carry out the necessary activities regarding completing the information of the learning and development portal and documenting. ● Evaluate individual and organizational development needs. ● Implement various learning methods company-wide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training). ● Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities. ● Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capitals. ● Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. ● Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.

Requirements

● Proven experience as an L&D expert or similar positions. ● Bachelor's degree in HRM, or Industrial Engineering. ● Proficient in MS Office. ● Knowledge of HR systems and databases. ● Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills. ● Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics.
