Job Description

Human Resources Specialist (Sales Department): ● Following up on HR processes. ● Assessing development and training needs. ● Holding training and development programs. ● Designing and holding HR events. ● Developing and designing motivational programs in order to increase employee satisfaction. ● Analyzing jobs and updating job profiles in the organization. ● Handling recruitment activities from gathering the requisitions, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and follow-up till the candidate joins.

Requirements

● Knowledge of HR functions. ● Knowledge of working with MS Office. ● Communication skills. ● Talented to learn different approaches. ● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, or other related fields.
