● Following up on HR processes.
● Assessing development and training needs.
● Holding training and development programs.
● Designing and holding HR events.
● Developing and designing motivational programs in order to increase employee satisfaction.
● Analyzing jobs and updating job profiles in the organization.
● Handling recruitment activities from gathering the requisitions, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and follow-up till the candidate joins.
