Job Description

  • Preparing and monitoring human resources and training processes.
  • Preparing job description and employment certificate.
  • Preparing employment advertisements for the jobs required (based on the employment certificate of the occupation) to prepare the advertisement.
  • Examining and screening resumes based on eligibility conditions and selecting suitable people from among job candidates.
  • Conducting telephone and face-to-face interviews and planning and making the necessary arrangements to conduct specialized interviews with groups of job applicants.
  • Conducting exit interviews.
  • Attending related events such as job fairs, workshops related to universities, etc.
  • Extracting KPIs required by management and preparing related reports.
  • Participating in the development of human resources guidelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management or Industrial Engineering from a state university.
  • At least 3 years of experience in human resources.
  • Good communication, verbal, and speech skills.
  • High social awareness 
  • Appropriate skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
  • Decision-making and problem-solving skills.
