● Supervise and manage staff recruitment processes (inserting job advertisements, reviewing resumes, interviews, etc.).
● Implement and review the company's compensation program.
● Develop, modify, and implement personnel procedures and policies.
● Supervise the process of conducting the exit interview.
● Record, maintain and archive records and reports of the HR department.
● Attend meetings of company executives.
● Prepare organizational and managerial charts.
● Create a bridge between the company and employees by handling requests, complaints, or other issues.
● Develop and manage employee recruitment and selection processes.
Requirements
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management (all majors).
● At least eight years of relevant work experience.
● Familiarity with labor laws, social security, personnel issues, and wages.
● Fluent in English.
● Fluent in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
● Fluent in human resources regulations and software.
