Job Description

● Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. ● Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues. ● Managing the recruitment and selection process.

Requirements

● At least three years of experience. ● Individual management skills. ● Mastery of methods of human resources assessment. ● Knowledge of the relations between employees. ● Knowledge of analysis and evaluation of causes of human resources reduction and the provision of effective strategies. ● Responsible. ● Ability to communicate. ● Teamwork skills. ● Ability to transfer information and training.
