● Prepare and regulate policies, guidelines, procedures, and regulations related to human resources.
● Determine performance indicators, monitor the issuance of employment orders, and conduct employee performance appraisals.
● Establish and control the personnel rating system and submit relevant reports.
● Create a communication system between employees and the organization.
● Control the establishment of the approved organizational structure and processes developed based on it.
● Manage the process of resigning and leaving the organization.
Requirements
● At least four years of experience as a human resources manager.
● Have control over the provisions of labor law, contract affairs, and payroll.
● Mastery of tactics, administrative techniques, and human resources.
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, or related fields.
