Job Description

● Organizing and managing all personnel administration (Contracts, insurance, Labor law issues, etc.). ● Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster a positive attitude toward organizational objectives and manage organizational culture. ● Building and developing relationships. ● Managing the recruitment and selection process (human resource planning, Provision, selecting, interviewing, orienting, on-boarding). ● Designing human resource training and development programs. ● Design compensation and pay system for performance. ● Planning, designing, and conducting motivational programs to maintain and increase employee motivation and satisfaction. ● Designing employee career paths and IDPs. ● Designing and conducting a performance management system. ● Developing, revising, assessing, and improving HR processes policies and procedures. ● Creating and developing a talent acquisition and succession model. ● Managing the process of leaving the organization.

Requirements

● Familiarity and complete mastery of labor laws. ● Ability to create and develop relationships. ● Adequate knowledge of labor and social security laws. ● Adequate knowledge of human resource processes. ● Capable of problem-solving and decision-making. ● Ability to inspire and persuade. ● Skills in active listening, negotiation, and presentation. ● Ability to do teamwork. ● Gender preference: Male. ● Have at least 10 years of work experience in the same job group and 5 years of management experience. ● Bachelor's degree in Management, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or Business. ● Preferably a resident of Saveh.
