● Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster a positive attitude toward organizational objectives and manage organizational culture.

● Designing human resource training and development programs.
● Design compensation and pay system for performance.
● Planning, designing, and conducting motivational programs to maintain and increase employee motivation and satisfaction.

● Designing and conducting a performance management system.
● Developing, revising, assessing, and improving HR processes policies and procedures.
● Creating and developing a talent acquisition and succession model.
