Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Design and implement HR strategies and processes aligned with business objectives

Manage key HR processes including recruitment and selection, learning and development, performance management, compensation and employee retention

Plan workforce requirements and improve organizational structures and job descriptions

Partner with senior management and business unit leaders on HR-related decisions

Lead the recruitment and development of employees across Sales, Marketing and Medical functions

Understand and work closely with pharmaceutical sales structures, including Medical Representatives (MRs) and their performance indicators

Collaborate with Sales and Marketing managers on KPI design, performance evaluation and employee development programs

Analyze HR metrics and prepare management reports

Design and implement Talent Management, succession planning and key talent retention programs

Ensure compliance with labor and social security regulations and internal HR policies

Provide professional HR advice and support to the CEO and senior management

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Management, Psychology, Industrial Engineering or a related field

Minimum 8 years of experience in Human Resources, including at least 3 years in a managerial position

Proven experience in the pharmaceutical industry is mandatory

Good understanding of organizational structures and HR processes within pharmaceutical companies

Good understanding of pharmaceutical Sales and Marketing structures and their performance indicators

Experience in designing and implementing Performance Management, KPI and Compensation & Benefits systems

Experience in recruiting and developing Sales and Marketing teams

Strong knowledge of labor and social security regulations

Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze HR data and prepare management reports

Excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving and conflict management skills

Strong team management and stakeholder management capabilities

Results-oriented, analytical, committed and strong decision-making skills
