Talent attraction and placement by developing and executing the recruitment plans alongside the outsourcing partner and employee branding.
Initiate and maintain HR processes and policies.
Assist in developing and coordinating the implementation of organizational development programs/initiatives.
Act as an advisor to the CHRO functions on human resource programs and initiatives by Interpreting internal/external business issues and recommending solutions to the HR director.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HRM, Organizational Psychology, or Sociology.
6 to 8 years of relevant experience in HR generalist and specialist roles, preferably gained in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
Adaptability to political, environmental, social, and technological barriers to operations.
Highly organized with great communicational skills.
Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking both in Farsi and English.
