Job Description

  • Talent attraction and placement by developing and executing the recruitment plans alongside the outsourcing partner and employee branding.
  • Initiate and maintain HR processes and policies.
  • Assist in developing and coordinating the implementation of organizational development programs/initiatives.
  • Act as an advisor to the CHRO functions on human resource programs and initiatives by Interpreting internal/external business issues and recommending solutions to the HR director.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HRM, Organizational Psychology, or Sociology.
  • 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in HR generalist and specialist roles, preferably gained in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Adaptability to political, environmental, social, and technological barriers to operations.
  • Highly organized with great communicational skills.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking both in Farsi and English.
