Job Description

● Develop and implement human resources strategies and initiatives in line with the organization's strategy. ● Deal with the demands and grievances of employees and manage their relationships. ● Manage the recruitment and selection processes. ● Support the current and future needs of the business through the development, participation, and retention of human capital. ● Oversee overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures throughout the organization. ● Cultivate a positive work environment. ● Create, monitor, and manage the performance evaluation system. ● Maintain the payment and employee benefits program. ● Assess training needs to implement and monitor training programs. ● Report to management and provide support considering HR criteria. ● Ensure legal compliance in human resources management.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in related fields. ● At least ten years of work experience. ● Age range: 40 to 50 years old (or maybe 38 to 40). ● Gender preference: Male/Female. ● Knowledge of English. ● Proficient in ICDL. ● Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint. ● Proficient in Rahkaran and Hamkaran Systems (related to human resources). ● Ability to manage employee crises and improve strategy.
