Job Description

● Review the work plan and divide it between the units under supervision while creating coordination, guidance, and follow-up in its timely implementation according to the goals and policies of the CEO. ● Supervise all administrative operations, supervise the correct and complete implementation of the company's methods and policies, and prepare the necessary programs and arrangements in order to increase the level of efficiency of the people under supervision. ● Investigate the problems and issues created in the process under supervision and related to personnel affairs and make appropriate decisions and procedures to solve problems. ● Supervise the proper implementation of laws, regulations, and instructions issued in related matters and provide corrective comments on the elimination of deficiencies.

Requirements

● At least 5 years of working experience as an HR manager or other related positions. ● People-oriented and result-driven. ● Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics. ● Knowledge of HR systems and databases. ● Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills. ● Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills. ● Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company. ● In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices. ● Master's degree in Human Resources Management or related fields. ● Fluent in CRM, Rahkaran, and Hamkaran.
