● Follow up on all matters related to the human resources unit.
● Provide all hiring processes from A to Z (hiring announcement, resume screening, job interviews, recruitment, and selection of final candidates).
● Provide weekly reports to the HR manager.
● Prepare reports and documents related to the recruitment process.
● Plan, organize, and conduct training programs.
● Design, plan and implement employee performance management system.
Requirements
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR Management, or Industrial Engineering.
● At least 5 years of work experience in HR roles.
● Commitment to learning and tendency to change.
● Familiar with the retail industry.
