Job Description

  • Handling attendance, leave, and personnel matters.
  • Drawing up contracts and archiving personnel documents.
  • Complete management of human resources processes.
  • Carrying out administrative follow-ups and coordinating meetings.
  • Preparing human resources forms and documents.
  • Establishing communication and coordination with various departments, especially production.
  • Representing the company in legal and insurance authorities.
  • Training and culture building (at the basic level).
  • Reporting and analyzing human resources.
  • Using personality, behavior, and personality analysis tools.
  • Visiting branches during the week to assess the performance status of salespeople.

Requirements:

  • At least a Bachelor's degree in a similar field.
  • At least three years of relevant work experience in the human resources unit
  • Work experience in multi-departmental environments (production, sales, head office).
  • Willingness to be present at the factory one day a week (if needed).
