We are looking for a skilled HR expert. We expect you to have knowledge of various HR functions. We want to see a committed and approachable individual and be impressed with your character and skills.
Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process.
Develop training and development programs.
Assist in performance management processes.
Maintain employee records according to policy and legal.
Track HR progresses.
Maintain HR procedures in compliance with regulations.
Review departmental budgets and report on them.
Host and organize the company’s recruitment events.
Requirements
At least a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a relevant field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
Prior experience as an HR expert.
Knowledge of HR functions (payroll and benefits, recruitment, training and development, etc.).
Sound knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus.
Proficiency in English.
Strong verbal as well as non-verbal communication skills.
Ability to develop as well as maintain long-term employee relations.
Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
