Job Description

We are looking for a skilled HR expert. We expect you to have knowledge of various HR functions. We want to see a committed and approachable individual and be impressed with your character and skills.

  • Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process.
  • Develop training and development programs.
  • Assist in performance management processes.
  • Maintain employee records according to policy and legal.
  • Track HR progresses.
  • Maintain HR procedures in compliance with regulations.
  • Review departmental budgets and report on them.
  • Host and organize the company’s recruitment events.

Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a relevant field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Prior experience as an HR expert.
  • Knowledge of HR functions (payroll and benefits, recruitment, training and development, etc.).
  • Sound knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Strong verbal as well as non-verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to develop as well as maintain long-term employee relations.
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
  • Strong ethics and reliability.
