● Implement various programs and procedures of human resources and help in individual and organizational development.
● Help and continuously improve internal and external processes, including salary, employment, benefits, training, and health, etc.
● Assist in assessing the training and development needs of employees and preparing the training calendar.
● Help to improve internal communication.
Requirements
● At least 3 years of related experience.
● Familiarity with Iran's labor law.
● Excellent oral and written communication skills.
● Sound judgment and the ability to use caution in handling sensitive human resources issues, along with the skill in providing objective, impartial, and strategic human resources services.
● Be responsive to problems and solve them creatively and logically.
● Be informed and updated about the new regulations, policies, and procedures of the company.
● It is necessary to be proficient in labor and social welfare laws.
