Job Description

  • Develop and execute a forward-thinking human resources strategy aligned with Ehsan Group's mission, vision, and values.
  • Lead and inspire a dedicated HR team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee all aspects of talent acquisition, recruitment, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top-tier professionals.
  • Drive the development and implementation of robust performance management programs to enhance individual and team productivity.
  • Champion learning and development initiatives, ensuring our employees have access to the necessary training and resources for professional growth.
  • Create and maintain effective compensation and benefits programs that reward and motivate employees, while remaining competitive in the market.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion across all levels of the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and improve organizational effectiveness, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, minimizing risk and protecting the interests of the company and its employees.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in HR, leveraging this knowledge to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of progressive experience in senior HR leadership roles, ideally within a complex and fast-paced organization.
  • Proven success in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with organizational goals and drive business outcomes.
  • Strong expertise in talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and learning and development.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of building and developing high-performing HR teams.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Deep understanding of employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • A strategic mindset coupled with the ability to execute and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
