In this job position, as the chief human resources manager, you are responsible for leading and comprehensive and strategic management of all human resources functions in Gazsozan industrial production company. The priority of this role is to try to link human resource activities with the company's strategic goals. Your role includes strengthening the organizational culture, developing and improving processes, and enhancing the skills and capabilities of the workforce with a focus on developing the organization's future managers and leaders.
Responsibilities: - Developing and implementing human resources macro strategies and ensuring its alignment with the company's strategic plans - Leadership and management of human resources teams and effective monitoring of their performance and development - Management of compensation systems and benefits, and continuous improvement of these systems in order to attract and maintain high quality human resources - Designing training programs and individual and team development in order to increase the skills of employees - Ensuring full compliance with labor and social security laws and establishing proper working relationships with legal and regulatory authorities - Developing and implementing effective feedback systems to continuously improve the performance of employees and teams - Designing a reward system based on key performance indicators - Establishment of performance management system
Qualifying conditions: - Degree in human resource management or related fields - Experience and mastery in formulating and implementing human resources strategies - Ability to lead and manage large human resources teams - Mastery of service compensation models, training and development - Comprehensive knowledge of labor and social security laws - Ability to manage time and set priorities - Capable of effective listening, communication skills and familiar with various methods of providing feedback
