Job Description
- Revise HR processes based on the employee experience approach.
- Formulate and align human resources strategy with macro strategies.
- Establish new or revised human resources processes in the organization.
- Analyze dashboards and reports containing complex data.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in HR management, preferably in an IT organization.
- Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Engineering or an MBA graduate.
- Full command of English is required.
