Job Description

  • Revise HR processes based on the employee experience approach.
  • Formulate and align human resources strategy with macro strategies.
  • Establish new or revised human resources processes in the organization.
  • Analyze dashboards and reports containing complex data.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience in HR management, preferably in an IT organization.
  • Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Engineering or an MBA graduate.
  • Full command of English is required.
