We are looking for a human resources development expert to join our team in Tehran at Ofogh Koorosh Chain Stores. If you can play a key role in ensuring optimal system performance by analyzing information, we are looking forward to hearing from you.

Job Description:

• Performance Management (participation in localization and model design, design of personal development sessions, standardization of key performance indicators, process troubleshooting, etc.).
• Organizational Belonging Projects (participation in the design and implementation of appreciation and organizational belonging systems).
• Competency Model and Job Identification Cards (participation in the development and updating of job identification cards and the organizational competency model).
• Organizational Culture (participation in the design and implementation of programs related to organizational culture, including the development of codes of conduct).
• Organizational Structure (participation in the design and implementation of organizational structures).
• Employee Attitude Measurement (participation in analysis, troubleshooting, and providing improvement solutions).
• Continuous interaction and participation with the Human Resources Data Analysis Team.

Requirements:

• Up-to-date theoretical knowledge of human resources and individual and organizational development.
• Successful experience implementing basic human resources processes, including competency frameworks and job profiles.
• Successful implementation experience and expertise in performance management systems and expertise.
• Active participation in at least two other human resources development processes, including structure design, career path design, talent management, organizational culture, etc.
