Responsibilities: • Shape the culture to align with company goals & initiatives by supporting & coaching Line managers in their implementation of core people processes. • Work as part of cross-functional HR teams to develop HR practice and process developments that enhance the HR contribution to the business. • Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department. • Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances. • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. • Provide HR policy guidance. • Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning. • Identify training needs for teams and individuals, evaluate training programs, and suggest new HR strategies. • Supervision of recruitment affairs, new personnel, and guiding per-employment administrative activities. • Participation and Supervision of all disciplinary committees. • Regular meeting with unit chiefs and handling all requests. • Analysis of trends and criteria in collaboration with the HR Manager to formulate solutions, programs, and policies. • Managing and solving complex staff relationship problems. • Coordinate with C&B supervisor to create job offers and other job information. • Contribute to the execution of the business plan by creating and implementing the People Strategies that attract, develop, and retain employees. • Support the organization's short and long-term business needs to drive competitive advantage and address opportunities and threats. • Provide objective and timely feedback on the quality of service to ensure the overall HR service to the business unit meets or exceeds agreed standards.
