Job Description

Responsibilities:
. Planning and coordinating procedures and systems and inventing ways to simplify processes.
. Ensure that contracts, insurance requirements and government regulations are properly met. Monitoring the changes made to the company's personnel information
. Monitoring, negotiating and reviewing employee contracts, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of employee contracts.
. Supervision of recruitment affairs (in the early hiring) new personnel, guiding pre -employment administrative activities such as receiving and delivering new evidence and preparing new letters to introduce them to the Health Center and Police Offices for Criminal Records and Pre -Recruitment Medical Reports
. Negotiations with the Labor Office and various councils (Disciplinary Affairs, Classification of Jobs, etc.) as supervisor.
. Monitoring and controlling the process of archiving and maintenance of personnel documents.
. Monthly coordination with the salary team
. Manage all third -party contracts related to BU
. Participation and Supervision of All Disciplinary Committees and Committees
. Regular meeting with units chiefs and handling all requests
. Holding weekly and monthly meetings with all units.
. Analysis of trends and criteria in collaboration with the Human Resources Group to formulate solutions, programs and policies.
. Managing and solving complex staff relationship problems. Conduct effective, complete and impartial research
. Coordination with C&B Team to create job offers and other job information information (JD, rank, job inventory in chart)
. Monitoring the Publishing Admission Process for High Quality Effectiveness and
. Ensure the durability and success of recruitment for empty positions
. Effective management of the admission process and referendum sessions
. Monitoring the rules of labor and making the necessary changes to maintain the process
. Continuous monitoring and reducing the cost of recruitment process
. Perform exit interviews and complete the process of leaving service
. Management of all recruitment records, ensuring their complete, accurate and up -to -date
. Ensure competencies (original/strategic/functional/individual) and conduct analysis of educational needs and provide advice to manage different ways of meeting these needs through education/development, to ensure that all employees are at a qualification level.
. Educational Needs: Identify educational needs by analyzing tasks and performance and regular speaking with business managers to ensure the formulation of training programs to achieve optimal organizational performance.
. Educational Budget: Considering the costs of planned and maintaining budget programs by evaluating the return on capital of each training program to ensure the efficiency of various educational programs.
. It chooses and proposes educational institutions based on human capital development strategy and ensures that all standards are required to select the educational seller.
