- Prioritizing HR department goals, plans and actions based on company's strategic goals
- Developing corporate HR policies and instructions
- Identifying challenges and areas for improvement in HR
- Supervising HR operations
- Supervising and cooperating in designing, assessing and improving HR processes
- Conducting human resource planning and setting budget
- Conduct and follow up Training and Development Plans, Performance management
- Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs

Requirements
- Masters Degree in Management fields, MBA, HRM or Industrial Engineering (degree in HRM is an advantage)
- Ideal Age Range: 35 – 45
- At least 10 years' experience in Hr manager/ director position
- Professional knowledge of all HR processes
- Approved competencies in selection processes primarily in interviewing.
- Expert in working Law
- Ability to lead and direct people
- Analytical thinking style
- Ability to communicate and present effectively
