Job Description

-Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, and procedures across the organization to promote a healthy work environment -Design, develop and update hiring process to ensure that the organization recruits, hires, develops and maintains qualified staff -Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital -Set up effective employee performance management system including extract KPIs and objective setting, performance review and prepare IDP for all employee -Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work -Advising on pay and other issues, including promotion and benefits; administer payroll and maintain staff records -Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements -Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives as well as assisting with newcomers onboarding in a timely manner -Perform challenging staffing duties, including dealing with understaffing, firing employees, and administering disciplinary procedures -Create job descriptions, job classifications and job requirements system with related managers -Discuss employee career development paths with managers -Plan, develop, and provide internal training, learning and development programs and analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs -Adjust and prepare training budget for department or organization -Evaluate instructor performance and the effectiveness of training programs, providing recommendations for improvement -Assist with organizational chart developing and suggest any needed restructuring -Assist with promotion of organization’s culture

Requirements

-Minimum Bachelor’s degree or Master of Science in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, industrial engineering -At least 5 years of experience as a Human Resources Manager or Supervisor -Knowledge of the different fields of Human Resources Management: recruitment, training, social law, careers development, payroll -Leadership and management skills, ability to motivate and train others -Having problem solving skills to deal with disputes, grievances and staffing problems -Excellent communication skills -Having strong team working abilities -Good judgment and problem solving ability -Influencing and negotiating skills -Fluency in English
