Work closely with Group Head’s of HR to develop position profile and to understand overall needs and requirements.
• Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants
• Updating job profiles, candidates database and screening of candidates CV
• To coordinate staff recruitment and selection
• To prepare related monthly and annually HR reports with professional analysis (staff turnover, trends, demographic statistics and analysis, job satisfaction analysis...)
• Writing job descriptions through gathering information from all of the organization's manager
• Extract process and update employees' punch card attendance on a daily basis and provide reports for payroll purpose
• Keeping, monitoring and renewal of all office documents
• Maintaining employee files and the HR filing system
• To monitor staff performance and attendance activities.
• To run performance management system with the narrow cooperation of Group’s Head of HR and organization line managers.
• Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential.
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR roles.
• Fluency in English
• Experience of implementing, maintaining and improving relevant systems and procedures
• Familiarity across the recruitment process, including induction
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and oral
• Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
• Well organized with strong time management skills
• Respect for diversity and sensitivity to other cultures
