Job Description

We are looking for a committed, structured and experienced HR specialist to lead and improve HR processes to create a positive, efficient and aligned work environment that aligns with organizational goals. The selected candidate will play a key role in designing and implementing HR policies and processes, recruiting and retaining talent, developing organizational culture and improving employee productivity.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop, document, and update HR processes and policies in accordance with the organization's needs and labor laws.
  • Recruit, hire, and initially assess candidates; plan and conduct interviews and competency assessments.
  • Design and implement HR development programs including training, empowerment, and career paths.
  • Manage attendance, leave registration, working hours, and administrative discipline.
  • Develop and implement incentive programs and retain key personnel.
  • Handle employee issues, provide behavioral and professional counseling, and resolve workplace conflicts.
  • Conduct periodic performance evaluations and assist managers in analyzing and improving team performance.
  • Monitor compliance with labor laws and organizational regulations.
  • Create a suitable environment for developing organizational culture, job satisfaction, and interpersonal interaction.
  • Prepare human resources reports for senior management for strategic decision-making.

Expected Characteristics:

  • Familiarity with human resources principles and processes, and labor laws.
  • High ability to plan, organize, and implement HR projects.
  • Interpersonal communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Analytical, report writing, and constructive proposal-making skills.
  • Proficient in human resources-related software tools (Excel, HRM Systems, ERP).
  • Teamwork spirit and effective interaction with other organizational units.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and deal professionally with employee information.
  • Interested in personal development and continuous learning.

Requirements:

  • A degree in HRM, Industrial Psychology, or related fields.
  • At least three years of relevant work experience in HR.
  • Fluency in English is an advantage.
