● Jobs recruitment planning. ● Deal with all HR issues (Recruitment, selection, interviewing, training, appraisal, legal issues) ● Plan, design, and conduct motivational programs to increase employee satisfaction. ● Design KPIs, conduct job evaluation.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Management fields, MBA, or Industrial Engineering. ● 5 years of relevant experience in this field. ● Good communication and team management skills. ● Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues. ● Excellent communication and analytical skills. ● Experience in educating and coaching staff.
