● Data gathering and analysis, planning, implementation and control processes. ● Job design and job analysis. ● Employee hiring and selection. ● Employee training and development. ● Do compensation and benefits. ● Employee performance management. ● Employee engagement and communication. ● Analyze health and safety regulations. ● Succession planning. ● Do all HR functions in accordance with Iran Labor Law. ● Reporting to: CEO.

Requirements

● University qualifications: Master's degree in HR Management or other related degrees. ● Nature and length of previous experience: 5 years of experience as a HR Manager.
