• Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance

• Maintains job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions
• Designing and implementing career paths

• Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures
• Maintaining organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes

Requirements
• Minimum of B.Sc. Degree in management, Industrial Engineering, business or related fields
• Experienced in performance management systems
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a HR Manager
• Full command of HR (Recruitment, Development, Performance evaluation, Retention, Attendance, Payroll, Job grading)
• Good knowledge of labor laws and regulations, staffing principles
• Ability of short term and long term planning
• People oriented and results driven
• Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Full command of MS Office
• Proficient level in English
