Requirements
• Minimum of B.Sc. Degree in management, Industrial Engineering, business or related fields
• Experienced in performance management systems
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a HR Manager
• Full command of HR (Recruitment, Development, Performance evaluation, Retention, Attendance, Payroll, Job grading)
• Good knowledge of labor laws and regulations, staffing principles
• Ability of short term and long term planning
• People oriented and results driven
• Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Full command of MS Office
• Proficient level in English
