● Active search and registration of ads to identify suitable professionals for the vacancy through various channels (Job sites, LinkedIn, other recruitment channels).
● Conducting initial screening interviews, both telephone and personal; making hiring recommendations based on the eligibility and required skills.
● Review and select candidates' CVs, setting up the recruitment interviewing programs, determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, comparing qualifications to job requirements.
● Complete reference checks and background checks on selected candidates, as requested.
● Conduct employee on boarding and help organize training and development initiatives.
● Evaluate, conduct and follow up training and development plans.
● Perform quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
Requirements
● Relevant Bachelor's degree or higher.
● 3+ years of experience in the field of Human Resources Management.
● Knowledge of recruiting best practices.
● Fluent in the recruitment process.
● Fluent in designing service compensation systems.
● Excellent communication skills.
● Ability to multitask and prioritize to meet definite deadlines.
