Job Description

At Goldiran Development Group, We are seeking a talented and experienced HR Generalist to join our team. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for managing the full cycle of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee relations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in HR, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service to our employees.

  • Implement compensation and benefits, administer contract and payroll process, and provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and total rewards resolve any issues that may arise, and ensure compliance of all processes with labor regulations.
  • Prepare budget, monitor, and schedule individual pay actions.
  • Implement talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
  • Undertake tasks around all aspects of performance management.
  • Implement training and development plans.
  • Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, and create required reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HRM or related fields.
  • At least 4 years of experience in related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes including payroll, recruitment, and training.
  • Very strong knowledge of labor law, SSO, tax, and staffing principles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Familiar with the Time Attendance and Salary Systems of Rahkaran.
  • Familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Accurate, patient, and flexible.
