Job Description

● Coordinate staff recruitment and schedule and organize interviews. ● Establish a motivation and innovation system. ● Design and implement performance management systems. ● Identify development opportunities. ● Do recruitment process and job interviews performance. ● Manage all administrative activities in the office. ● Create and publish job ads in various portals. ● Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings. ● Coordinate onboarding process. ● Coordinate employee development plans and performance management. ● Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process. ● Screen resumes and job applications. ● Salary: 15M to 20M.

Requirements

● Bachelor’s or Master's degree in HR Management, Industrial Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. ● Minimum 3 years of work experience. ● Hands-on experience with the main job boards. ● Strong interview skills specifically competency-based interviews. ● Strong working knowledge of labor laws. ● Good written and verbal communications skills. ● Good command of English. ● Good command of MS Office. ● Experienced in headhunting sales talents.
