● Coordinate staff recruitment and schedule and organize interviews. ● Establish a motivation and innovation system. ● Design and implement performance management systems. ● Identify development opportunities. ● Do recruitment process and job interviews performance. ● Manage all administrative activities in the office. ● Workplace: Shiva manufacturing company (SHIBA).

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Management or related fields. ● Good experience of HR Management practices. ● At least 3 years of experience in related fields. ● Good communication skills. ● Fluent in English. ● Ability to work in a team. ● Maximum age: 35 years old. ● Gender preference: Male.
