● Assist in the recruitment process.
● Implement various human resource programs and procedures and help in individual and organizational development.
● Assist and continually improve internal and external processes including payroll, benefits, training and health.
● Assist in assessing staff training and development needs and preparing training calendars.
● Help improve internal communication.
Requirements
● At least three years of relevant work experience in the human resources department.
● Familiarity with Iran's labor law.
● Excellent oral and written communication skills.
● Ability to present ideas, thoughts and concepts clearly and concisely.
● Sound judgment.
● Ability to use discretion in handling sensitive HR issues, combined with skill in providing objective, impartial and strategic HR services.
● Ability to respond to problems creatively and honestly.
● Ability to stay up-to-date on new regulations, company policies and procedures.
