Job Description

HIDDEN TALENT PROGRAM. START YOUR HR CAREER DIFFERENTLY
We are not looking for years of experience. We are looking for evidence of potential.
Some exceptional people have not yet had the opportunity to build an impressive résumé. They may be recent graduates, top university students, or early-career professionals—but they already think, learn, and behave differently.
We call them Hidden Talents.
If you have little or even zero professional HR experience, but you have exceptional learning ability, intellectual curiosity, discipline, accountability, and a serious desire to master Human Resources, we want to meet you.
This is not designed as a conventional entry-level HR position.
It is designed as a career acceleration opportunity for high-potential people who want to become exceptional HR professionals.
YOUR MISSION:
Your first mission is not to manage people.
Your first mission is to master the profession.
You will learn to understand the connection between:
People → Capability → Motivation → Behavior → Performance → Culture → Business Results
You will work alongside experienced professionals, participate in real HR challenges, study modern HR practices, and gradually take ownership of increasingly complex responsibilities.
The objective is simple:
Potential → Learning → Practice → Mastery → Responsibility → Impact → Career Growth
We are willing to invest in someone with limited experience.
But we expect that person to invest seriously in themselves.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are particularly interested in high-performing graduates and exceptional early-career candidates who may not yet have been discovered by the job market.
Your résumé may be short. Your capacity should not be. You may be a strong candidate if you:
Were among the stronger students in your academic environment.
Have a strong educational foundation and take learning seriously.
Read beyond what university required.
Are genuinely interested in Human Resources, organizational behavior, psychology, management, or business.
Understand—or are actively studying—mental models, reasoning, critical thinking, systems thinking, and decision-making.
Have unusually high personal discipline.
Take accountability seriously.
Learn rapidly and independently.
Ask thoughtful questions.
Want to understand the “why” behind HR practices, not merely execute them.
Have strong internal motivation and do not require constant supervision.
actively seek feedback and convert it into improvement.
Want responsibility earlier than most people at your career stage.
Have a strong desire for professional advancement based on capability and results.
Are willing to study, practice, fail intelligently, correct yourself, and try again.
Want to become exceptionally good at something—not merely employed.
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN AND DO:
1. TALENT ACQUISITION:
You will learn that recruitment is not résumé collection.
You will participate in:
Candidate sourcing and talent identification
Résumé screening
Talent pools
Structured interviews
Competency-based interviews
Candidate assessment
Interview documentation
Candidate scoring
Reference checking
Recruitment analytics
Candidate experience
Employer branding
Recruitment process improvement
You will gradually learn to distinguish:
Average Candidate → Good Candidate → High Performer → High Potential → Hidden Talent
2. HUMAN BEHAVIOR & TALENT ASSESSMENT:
You will learn to look beyond qualifications.
You will study how to evaluate:
Capability • Motivation • Discipline • Accountability • Character • Learning Ability • Judgment • Potential • Values • Performance
You will develop your understanding of:
Human motivation
Personality and behavior
Competency models
Cognitive ability
Emotional intelligence
Behavioral interviewing
Performance predictors
Career motivation
Employee engagement
Organizational behavior
The objective is not to label people.
The objective is to understand people well enough to make better organizational decisions.
3. PERFORMANCE & DEVELOPMENT:
You will learn how organizations convert human capability into measurable performance.
You will participate in:
Job analysis
Job descriptions
Competency frameworks
Performance indicators
Performance evaluation
Individual development plans
Training needs analysis
Career-path design
Talent reviews
High-potential identification
Succession planning
You will learn to think in terms of:
Expectation → Capability → Behavior → Execution → Measurement → Feedback → Improvement
4. HR SYSTEMS & PROCESSES:
We do not want you to memorize HR procedures.
We want you to understand why the system exists.
You will learn how to analyze and improve:
Recruitment processes
Onboarding
Performance management
Learning and development
Employee records
Compensation processes
Employee relations
HR policies
HR reporting
HR information systems
Organizational procedures
Eventually, you should be able to look at an HR process and ask:
Why do we do this?
What problem does it solve?
Does it actually work?
How do we measure it?
How could it be better?
5. DATA-DRIVEN HR:
You will learn that opinions are useful.
Evidence is better.
You will gradually work with measures such as:
Time-to-Hire • Quality-of-Hire • Turnover • Retention • Performance • Productivity • Training Effectiveness • Internal Mobility • Engagement
You will learn to move from:
Data → Pattern → Question → Analysis → Insight → Decision
We are not interested in producing reports nobody uses.
We want information that improves decisions.
6. MENTAL MODELS & THINKING
This is particularly important to us.
We want people who are interested in how they think, not merely what they know.
You will be expected to develop familiarity with concepts such as:
Critical Thinking
Systems Thinking
First-Principles Thinking
Root-Cause Analysis
Probabilistic Thinking
Second-Order Thinking
Cause-and-Effect Reasoning
Decision-Making
Problem Solving
Feedback Loops
Continuous Improvement
We want you to develop the habit of asking:
What do I know? How do I know it? What might I be missing? What is the root cause? What are the alternatives?
What happens next?
7. DISCIPLINE & ACCOUNTABILITY
Talent without discipline rarely compounds.
For us, discipline means:
Commitment → Consistency → Prioritization → Execution → Follow-through → Closure
We value people who:
Keep commitments.
Respect deadlines.
Arrive prepared.
Organize their work.
Follow through without repeated reminders.
Communicate early when something goes wrong.
Accept mistakes without making excuses.
Correct mistakes and learn from them.
Finish what they start.
Maintain standards even when nobody is watching.
Accountability means being able to say:
“I own the outcome.”
THE HIDDEN TALENT CRITERIA
We are not expecting a junior candidate to already demonstrate senior-level mastery.
We are looking for the raw ingredients from which mastery can be built.
Our evaluation will focus heavily on:
Learning Agility — How quickly do you understand and apply something new?
Intellectual Curiosity — Do you genuinely want to understand how things work?
Critical Thinking — Can you distinguish assumptions from evidence?
Discipline — Can you consistently do what needs to be done?
Accountability — Do you take ownership of commitments and outcomes?
Motivation — Is your ambition internally driven?
Human Resources Knowledge — Have you developed knowledge beyond your university curriculum?
Problem Solving — Can you structure an unfamiliar problem?
Attention to Detail — Can others trust the accuracy of your work?
Communication — Can you listen, understand, structure, and communicate clearly?
Integrity — Can you be trusted with people and confidential information?
Self-Awareness — Do you understand your strengths, limitations, and development needs?
Coachability — Can you receive difficult feedback without becoming defensive?
Execution — Can you turn intention into action?
Growth Orientation — Are you deliberately building yourself for greater responsibility?
Professional Ambition — Do you actively seek the capability, visibility, and responsibility required to advance your career?
EDUCATION
We strongly welcome high-performing graduates and top students from fields such as:
Human Resources Management
Business Administration
Industrial Management
Industrial Engineering
MBA
Management and related disciplines
A strong academic record is highly valued.
Advanced education is an advantage.
But education alone will not differentiate you.
We are interested in candidates who can demonstrate that they have converted education into knowledge, thinking ability, and capability.
EXPERIENCE:
Zero to approximately 2 years of professional experience.
Previous HR experience is an advantage, but not mandatory.
A candidate with no experience but exceptional potential may be preferred over someone with two years of experience who has stopped learning.
We will therefore evaluate:
Potential + Discipline + Learning Speed > Years of Experience
SHOW US EVIDENCE:
Do not simply tell us:
“I am motivated.”
Show us what you have done because you were motivated.
Do not simply say:
“I love learning.”
Tell us what you studied without being required to.
Do not simply write:
“I am disciplined.”
Show us something difficult you consistently completed.
Do not simply say:
“I know Human Resources.”
Show us what you understand.
We may ask about:
Books you have studied
Courses you completed voluntarily
Projects you initiated
Problems you solved
Difficult feedback you received
Skills you taught yourself
Decisions you made
Failures that changed your thinking
Mental models you use
HR concepts you deeply understand
Your résumé introduces you. Your evidence differentiates you.
YOUR CAREER PATH
This position is intended to create a steep learning curve, not guarantee automatic promotion.
A high-performing individual may progressively move through:
Junior HR Specialist → HR Specialist → Senior HR Specialist → HR Business Partner / Talent Specialist → HR Leadership
Progression will not be determined primarily by time served.
It will be determined by:
Capability + Mastery + Accountability + Performance + Impact + Readiness
The faster you develop the capability to handle larger problems, the faster you can earn larger responsibilities.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
You can expect serious learning, meaningful work, exposure to real organizational problems, access to experienced decision-makers, continuous feedback, increasing responsibility, and the opportunity to build a strong professional foundation in Human Resources.
You will be challenged.
You will be expected to study.
You will be expected to think.
You will be expected to improve.
And as your capability grows, your responsibility and career opportunities should grow with it.
THIS POSITION IS PROBABLY NOT FOR YOU IF...
You are primarily looking for a comfortable first job.
You need constant reminders to complete your responsibilities.
You consider graduation the end of serious studying.
You avoid difficult feedback.
You measure career progress primarily by job title rather than capability.
You want rapid promotion without first building mastery.
Or you believe being “busy” is the same as producing results.
THIS POSITION MAY BE FOR YOU IF...
You are at the beginning of your career but not at the beginning of your ambition.
You believe you have more potential than your current résumé demonstrates.
You want to learn faster than average.
You are willing to earn responsibility through performance.
And you want your first serious HR role to become the foundation for an exceptional professional career.
We call that Hidden Talent.
Apply because you want to become exceptional at Human Resources—not simply because you need your first job.
The résumé gets you noticed.
Potential gets you considered.
Evidence gets you selected.
Performance determines how far you go.
