• Human resource planning and system design and implementation of the recruitment process
• Design and implementation of the job identification process and job evaluation and grading
• Recruitment, selection, hiring and on boarding not only for Iran but also for International countries as well
• Administrating hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating processes
• Design and implementation of staff training and development process
• Design and implementation of employee performance management process
• Administering payroll system
• Communicating with managers to resolve HR related issues
• Administrating performance review process
• Developing required HR data banks, records, and reports
• Maintaining employee records
Requirements
• BSc/MSc degree in Human Resource Management or Engineering fields
• 5+ years of experience as an HR Specialist
• Experience as an international recruitment is advantage
• work experience in Raw chemical, lubricant, petrochemical, Oil & Gas industry
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• Effective time manager & problem-solver responsible for managing own schedule
• Well-versed in English, both spoken and written, with good experience of writing matured contents
• Strong knowledge of computer applications, particularly to be very professional in using Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Internet Browsers
• Leadership qualities or ambition to grow in the role as the company expands
• Superior attention to detail
