● Perform and coordinate all foreign commercial affairs such as sourcing, corresponding, negotiating, ordering, order registration, and all other important processes.
● Plan and coordinate all activities of custom clearance.
● Carry out supply negotiations, pricing, etc. until the order is delivered to the company.
● Pursue customs affairs and produce business documents and find the best transportation and trade routes.
● Plan to attend international trade fairs and exhibitions.
● Negotiate with foreign suppliers and manage orders.
● International marketing to find suitable potential partners.
● Monitor the shipments to ensure compliance with regulations.
● Prepare shipping documents, import process, payments documents such as Bank forms.
Requirements
● Fluent in a comprehensive system of trade and commerce.
● Familiar with banking, office, administrative, accounting, archiving, and preparing business reports
● Familiar with the principles of international trade, customs, and regulations.
● Fluent in registering the order of goods.
● Bachelor's or Master's degree.
● Age range: 25 to 40 years old.
● Minimum 5 years of experience in managing the commercial department.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
● Computer skills (MS Office).
● Acceptable spoken and written English skills.
