International Commercial Specialist (Foreign Trade)

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Foreign Trade Specialist with a strong background in import and export operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating international trade activities and ensuring that related documentation and transactions are handled accurately and efficiently.

- Responsibilities
Follow up and coordinate import and export activities
Review and follow up on commercial contracts and international payments
Review and coordinate shipping documents and related trade documentation
Prepare regular reports and provide updates to the direct manager
Coordinate effectively with team members and relevant departments
Follow up on assigned tasks through to completion

- Requirements
5–10 years of relevant experience in import and export
Good knowledge of Incoterms, commercial contracts, international payments, and shipping documents
Strong reporting and communication skills
Organized, committed, and responsible
Strong teamwork skills
Willingness to learn and develop professionally
Good employment record
