Job Description
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written) with strong business communication and negotiation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of international trade regulations, Incoterms, Letters of Credit (L/C), international payment methods, logistics, marine transportation, customs procedures, and cargo insurance.
- Demonstrated ability to identify new markets, develop international business opportunities, and establish long-term customer relationships.
- Strong commercial negotiation, contract management, and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with ERP systems is considered an advantage.
- Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- High level of integrity, accountability, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand international sales markets.
- Identify and acquire new overseas customers.
- Conduct commercial negotiations and finalize international sales contracts.
- Manage the complete export sales cycle from inquiry to delivery.
- Coordinate with finance, logistics, shipping, and operations teams.
- Monitor contract execution and follow up on customer payments.
- Prepare sales forecasts, market analysis, and management reports.
