Job Description

  • Keep records of Oil products on a daily basis and incrementally when receiving, storing, and dispensing through Oil and Gas metering stations. Control the correctness of accounting for Oil and Oil products during delivery operation.
  • Control the correctness of determination by operators of volume, mass, temperature, the density of Oil products, and other indicators.
  • Form, sign, and store Oil and Gas acceptance and delivery certificates, Oil and Gas quality passports, and waybills.
  • Participate in conducting monthly and unscheduled inventories of Oil and Oil Products, summarizing the results and summing up.
  • Interact with the chemical-analytical laboratory in the area of activity.
  • Analyze the results of the implementation of production plans for the delivery of Oil and Gas and other KPI CPF.
  • Participate in the development of technological regulations, instructions, and schemes for FMU Oil and Gas on CPF and DU.
  • Develop regulatory and technical documentation necessary for the work, measures for the use of mechanization, automation, telemechanics for the reconstruction of existing industries, in accordance with safety requirements for FMU Oil and Gas on CPF and DU.
  • Develop measures to reduce the loss of raw materials during the process of metering Oil.
  • Maintenance of automated commercial and operational accounting of received, shipped, and stored petroleum products, maintenance of relevant documentation;
  • Ensure reliable and uninterrupted operation of technological and electronic equipment,
  • Monitor compliance with the technical rules for its operation, ensuring timely repairs;
  • Study of technical documentation and preparation of newly installed equipment for operation: inspection, testing, certification, and maintenance;
  • Analyze the need for materials and equipment, propose in the procurement plan:
  • - The cost of materials and equipment;
  • - Supply of materials and equipment in accordance with the regulatory deadlines;
  • - Completing the range of materials and equipment according to the type of purchase (centralized/decentralized);
  • - Availability of additional accompanying documentation (questionnaires, terms of reference, drawings, specifications, etc.).
  • Interact with procurement specialists regarding the development of questionnaires and technical specifications for the manufacture of the necessary equipment.
  • Consider alternative proposals, and suppliers in the conditions of centralized/decentralized procurement, and participate in the coordination, and technical evaluation of suppliers of materials and equipment.
  • Execute administrative documents (orders, orders), execute independent, not related to any document, instructions of the head (including in electronic form).
  • Execute documents (minutes, letters, memos, plans, etc.) containing specific instructions for responding to a document, deadlines that require the preparation of a response, events, a report, etc.
  • Implement risk management procedures, including organizing and conducting risk analysis and assessment, developing risk management measures, carrying out subsequent monitoring of the implementation of measures, and reassessing risks, assigned to itself in the risk register.
  • Participate in risk sessions to discuss the risks of your division/line of business, as well as cross-functional risks (risks at the intersection of functions, and general risks of the enterprise).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Technology for Oil and Gas industries; Process Development, and Operations in Oil and Gas fields.
  • At least 4 years of experience in Oil and Gas; at least 3 years of experience in the field of Oil processing function.
  • Upper-Intermediate English level.
