Ensure the implementation of the maintenance strategy, including improvement issues for static equipment.
Monitor the performance of static equipment in accordance with the operating Strategies.
Provide methodologically uninterrupted and technically correct operation and reliable operation of machines, mechanisms, and equipment, maintaining it in working condition with the required level of safety.
Provide day-to-day mechanical support on static or fixed equipment issues to the plant teams.
Ensure that static equipment is operating and compliant with HSE regulations and IRI regulations as well as IMS ZNV/PV CMK HSE.
Technical supervision of the correct operation, timely inspection, testing, maintenance, and repair of static technological equipment of the ground infrastructure.
Provide specialist support with regard to inspections, fault analysis, and improved maintenance strategies for all Static Equipment.
Ensure serviceability (operational integrity) and appropriate technical condition of the company's process equipment, and static equipment.
Identify and recommend solutions to all key threats of static equipment that may affect safe production.
Ensure continuous improvement in the reliability and availability of static equipment.
Develop measures to improve equipment reliability in accordance with the equipment maintenance strategy.
Create/review/approve engineering specification documents, mechanical datasheets, and material requisitions.
Review and approve Technical Bid Evaluation, Technical Queries (TQs) raised by the Contractor, Vendor drawings/Various vendor deliverables.
Interface with Electrical, Instrumentation, Piping, Pipeline, Civil, HSE, Operations and Quality Disciplines.
Analyze statistics of production assets in the field of maintenance and repair, namely downtime and related product losses, and equipment reliability indicators.
Ensure compliance with diagnostic monitoring requirements and planned preventive maintenance frequency.
Analyze and raise corrective work orders for rectification of defects found on static equipment by analyzing operational and running data.
Analyze condition monitoring reports, and identify potential Static Equipment failure and improvement opportunities.
Ensure maintenance of static equipment of the ground infrastructure, put into operation in the prescribed manner, in accordance with the approved project documentation.
Develop plans (schedules) for inspections, diagnostics, testing, and scheduled preventive repairs of equipment in accordance with the system in force at the enterprise, approves these plans and monitor their implementation, and provide engineering and technical preparation for production.
Carry out the timely order of the necessary equipment, spare parts, and other necessary materials for work and the issuance of the relevant WSR.
Conduct audits and inspections, including management safety audits.
Prepare and provide statistical, managerial, and other necessary reporting.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
At least 5 years of experience in engineering and technical positions including 4 years in the Oil and Gas industry.
Excellent knowledge of static equipment (i.e. Pressure vessels, Heat Exchangers (S&T and PHE), Towers and Columns with internals, Pig Launchers and Receivers, Electric Heaters, Filters, and Coalescers), API Storage Tanks (cone roof, floating roof and shop fabricated) and Packages such as Fuel Gas Treatment Package, Flare Package, Glycol Dehydration package, Air Cooled Heat Exchangers, Crude Oil Desalter Package, Methanol Injection Skid, Chemical Injection Skid, Foam Generation Package, Oil Skimmer Package, CO2 Skid, Nitrogen Generation Skid, Instrument Air Dryer Package, Sump Dewaxing Package, Seepage Water Treatment Plant, and WHRU Package).
Experience includes the study of ITT documents, preparing, reviewing, and approval of specifications, mechanical datasheets, Material requisition, TQs/TBEs, purchase requisition, vendor document and drawing review and approval, attending 3D model reviews, attending constructability reviews, attending safety study/review meeting (HAZOP, HAZID) and manhour estimation.
Knowledge of condition monitoring devices and techniques.
Experience in international projects is preferable.
Language: English (at least an intermediate level).
