Key Responsibilities:
Manage the daily operations of all F&B outlets (restaurants, coffee shops, lounges, room service, and banqueting).
Lead, train, and inspire the F&B team to ensure top-tier service and guest satisfaction.
Oversee budgeting, cost control, inventory, and procurement.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Collaborate with the executive chef and marketing team on menus, promotions, and guest experiences.
Handle guest feedback and continuously improve service standards.
